The Green Hills Pool is located at 7051 E 2nd Street, at the corner of Kolb and 2nd Street. The pool phone number is 886-9496. There is currently no answering machine in place.   Team Contacts Chris Minker, Team Representative, 290-0027 Kim Minker, Head Coach: 290-0027 Jen Minker, Assistant Coach Map   Registration and Fees The sign-up date for the swim team will be April 18th, 2009, 10am-12pm at Green Hills Pool. Fees for the Green Hills Swim Team without pool membership are $170 for the first child and $145 for second and third children, with 4th and subsequent children at no extra charge. Membership with Green Hills Pool is not required for team membership, but swim team fees for pool members are discounted to $90 for the first child and $65 for the second child, and $35 for each subsequent child. Pool membership fees are $225 per family for the 2009 season.  These fees are reduced to $150 when you refer a new family that joins the pool. Sign ups are not available by mail. For more information about registration, please contact: Kim Minker at 370-6843, or Jen Minker at 290-0027 Everyone who wishes to register for the swim team MUST bring a copy of their birth certificate.   Practices Swim team practices will begin May 4th and occur after school. Once school sessions are complete, practice sessions will be held as follows: 13-18 year-olds: 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. 9-12 year-olds: 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. 8 and under: 9:15 a.m. to 10 a.m.     Team Activities The coaches often arrange team pizza parties, movies, breakfasts, and other fun activities for all ages. We also plan to have a fund raising activity to raise money for the swim team.   Team History Green Hills is one of the oldest neighborhood swim teams still in existence in Tucson.  We are a small team and our philosophy highlights stroke improvement, good sportsmanship, and plenty of fun and friendships.
